Have a look a the networks data section. It contains a zip archive with the R code introduced in the video together with the source data and examples for GraphViz that were discussed in the video as well.
To earn the credits, use Gephi on the data you used for the dimension reduction task. If those data are not in the network format and are not transferable into one, use any other data of intereset. Lay out the network, reveal any interesting patterns and use color/size or other visual attributes to highlight your finding. Finally, write a short report on the process and findings you did.
